Bearbotics members spent the first few weeks of their summer working on building and designing a float for the annual Kiwanis Hill Monument 4th of July Parade. It was a great way for new members to be introduced to the team and our processes.

The team went to the new location in Monument for it's grand opening. We got sponsored by them and had the managers drive the robot around for a bit. We enjoyed free food and cake along with getting familiar with the new tire shop.

We visited the American Heritage Girls Troop, telling them about our program and current programs they can get into. Along with demonstrating our robots abilities to them.
